I finally got to try the trending Satti Sorru today at the appropriately named Satti Suttathada restaurant in Singapore. I was there with my cousin W yesterday night. We shared Anchovies Satti Sorru (traditional stir-fried rice with anchovies, sausages & egg in homemade sambal), which I loved. Then we moved on to Prawn Masala Satti Sorru (traditional stir-fried rice with prawns in masala), which I loved even more.
