After having a lowball day yesterday, we decided to start our reset day in Osaka with MOS Burger breakfast. I have been a fan of MOS Burger ever since my Singapore days. And I always order the same thing in any MOS Burger, from Gold Coast to Osaka: Yakiniku rice burger. It’s the best!
With our tummies full, we went to Tsutaya Starbucks. Then, I tried to find more postcards at the Kinokuniya downstairs while Fafa enjoyed the Matcha Latte. Afterwards, I bought miso bowls, beautiful furin and a sake sign.
We then went to the temple and wrote our wishes on the Evida board. There, we stopped over for red azuki dessert.
We then went to Grand Front Osaka, had a delicious izakaya-style lunch, and got pretty drunk with sake. We then went to Kinokuniya in the same building. Disappointingly, it had no English language books.
Tired, we had a pit stop at Nana Cafe.
We walked to the nearby market in the evening and ate many things there. Then, happy, full and freezing cold, we returned to the hotel.
We got our white strawberry cake on the way back to the hotel. After resting, we went to the Ichiran Ramen chain in Namba for dinner. Our last stop for the day was Life Convenient Store to stock up on various Japanese snacks.
It looks like the freaking loud hotel room guests beside ours finally checked out today as we saw the room was being deodorized when we returned in the afternoon. I am not surprised about this at all. They were unbearably annoying.
