Bali JQ 43 Melbourne to Denpasar

35,000 Winks to Bali on JQ 43 – Melbourne to Denpasar

1 min read

Hello from 35,000 feet above Perth, en route to Bali. Sometimes, I need clarification on altitude and latitude, but I have been using them on this blog since 2009 and will keep using them.

I am on my way to Bali. I am a bit sleepy, but I am on my way.

Usually, I would have slept by now. Even now, I am a bit sleepy but not enough to fall into a deep sleep. How long has it been? My phone shows 10:56 am, which means it’s been umm… 41 minutes since we took off, but I am sure we have been flying for over an hour.

I mean, I have paid and eaten a tasteless, expensive, wouldn’t-eat-one-spoon-if-I-am-on-the-ground Agogo Mushroom Risotto, which comes with a wooden spoon. So, it can’t be just 41 minutes.

Also, why does Qantas insist on making us, the commoners, the economy seaters, suffer extra with the bad food choices that we have to fork so many dollars for to eat with f-ing wooden spoon?

Why do they pretend to save the environment with a f-ing wooden spoon while shitting shit-load carbon into the air?

All this unnecessary rage for a wooden spoon makes me sleepy; I tried to write about my other pending tasks but it’s making me even sleepier. I want to tackle a task, but I am writing this with half-closed eyes.
