I am rediscovering the joy of board games.
It started when I offered Liz to bring a board game in lieu of a cooked meal to her hot pot Christmas dinner (which was delicious btw). Which put me in a board game store in Melbourne CBD called Mind Games one afternoon, surrounded by hundreds of board games.
I asked the storekeeper for some directions, and he showed me a few good choices.
Ultimately, I settled for Sushi Go because the box was so cute. Also, up to 8 people can play it, the exact number of the people who were attending the dinner. Sushi Go was a hit that night, so much so that I planned to host a board-game night.
