I live in Singapore, and what I miss the most whenever I travel is the local delicacy, Nasi Lemak. It’s a fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and served with a number of side dishes. It’s full of flavour, and for a couple of bucks, it always increases my happy-o-meter whenever I eat it.
It’s the first thing I look for once I return to the country to chase away my post-holiday blues.
