Thanks to the frequent work trips, I now have a hold on Batam so I invited my friends to spend a weekend there. They said yes, of course!
Last week, we booked our ferry tickets through BatamFAST and a hotel room in the HARRIS Resort Batam Waterfront, which I got at a discounted rate, also thanks to work.
This morning, we were off. We took the ferry from Harbour Front and spent the day chilling in the hotel, eating, and bowling. Now, we are off for dinner and drinks. I must say, the Batam trip feels better with friends. I might come back as a tourist again.
